Project Administration -
- work under IS-PMO guidelines and partnership with Real Estate PM to coordinate schedules, resources and deliverables for project. Attend weekly construction project calls and address field conditions during project execution. Provide reporting to IS leadership and project stakeholders.
Structured Cabling & LAN Room Build -
- Onboard and manage external consultants and contractors to build infrastructure according to client standards and guidelines.
Data Network -
- Work with assigned network engineer to order data circuits, procurement of hardware, collect requirements from network dependent groups, coordinate with LVC vendor and smart hands support.
Conference Room Technology -
- Collect business unit requirements, engage AV design firm, manage RFP for AV integration work, onboard AV vendors, coordinate procurement, installs and dependencies with non-IT items such as furniture, electrical and construction. Coordinate with internal collaboration team on solutions, deployment, commissioning and testing.
* End User Technology -
- Collaborate with furniture and construction teams on requirements for power and physical space required for client desktop technology, manage procurement, logistics, deliveries, installation and resources to deploy hardware to desktops balancing client standards with Business unit requests. Also, support MPS team to order and install print devices as per user requirements.
