The client is seeking a professional to lead various information technology and business intelligence efforts. The successful candidate will be a passionate data professional who can identify strategies and best practices and provide direction and support to a team of BI/DW developers.
Minimum Qualifications
The minimum skills and experience level required for a candidate to be considered for this position include:
A self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Experience providing guidance and leadership to technical staff
Minimum of 9 years’ experience as a data warehouse developer/database developer
Minimum Of 5 Years’ Experience Architecting Data Models
Thorough understanding of data warehousing concepts, Star Schema design, and slowly changing dimensions
Minimum Of 5 Years’ Experience Analyzing Administrative Datasets
Minimum of 9 years’ experience with MS SQL Server 2016/2019/2022 including T-SQL programming and scripting
Minimum of 9 years’ experience building Business Intelligence solutions (reports, dashboards, scorecards) using Microsoft Business Intelligence technology stack (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS), Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization technology
Minimum of 5 years’ experience assembling and validating large datasets for research/analysis
Have experience identifying data acquisition strategies, designing Master Data Management solutions, and implementing data governance processes
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with data in Excel
Minimum of 9 years’ experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements
Ability to work with staff of varying skill levels, both technical and non-technical
Strong communications skills including written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal
Proven ability to produce quality work independently, with minimal supervision
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
