Overview :
We are seeking a temporary experienced and strategic Marketing Portfolio Planning Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management and execution of our marketing business portfolios, ensuring alignment with business objectives to drive multi-year growth and innovation. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and creativity to effectively manage a diverse portfolio of marketing business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Portfolio ManagementManage and implement a comprehensive marketing business portfolio strategy that aligns with the business goals and objectives.Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing marketing initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.Prioritize and allocate resources to maximize the impact of marketing efforts across various channels and campaigns.
Project Management
Support cross-functional teams in the mobilization, execution, and evaluation of marketing projects and campaigns.Ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives, managing project timelines, and resources effectively.Monitor progress of marketing business projects, surfacing data-driven decisions to program leads to drive continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with the Account Management & Delivery Planning Leader to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across the organization while supporting marketing initiatives and driving results.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field, preferred.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing portfolio management or a related role.Proven track record of successfully managing complex marketing projects and delivering measurable results.PMP Certification, preferred
Skills and Competencies :
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication and presentation development skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
