Duties Include
- Sales/Prospecting: Building your own business- phone calls, floor pulling, helping members on the floor with questions.
- Personal Training: Develop and implement personalized workout plans to help clients achieve their goals.
- Inspire and Motivate: Bring positive energy and encouragement to every session.
- Conduct Assessments: Evaluate client progress regularly and make adjustments as needed.
- Educate Clients: Share insights on exercise, nutrition, and overall wellness.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Ensure a safe workout environment by keeping equipment in top shape and teaching proper techniques.
- Customer Service: Build lasting client relationships with responsive support and open communication.
- Stay Updated: Continuously improve by keeping up with the latest fitness techniques, trends, and certifications.
- Certification: Hold a current certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, NSCA).
- Experience Preferred: Previous experience is great, but we’re open to newcomers who are eager to learn and grow.
- SELF STARTER: Confident individual that is willing to go out of their comfort zone
- Passion for Fitness: A genuine love for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
- Excellent Communicator: Able to connect with clients and build rapport.
