Job Description
The Assistant General Manager first and foremost, has to have an extreme passion for helping others and changing lives! They are expected to be outgoing, energetic, a problem solver, and have the ability to greet hundreds of members a day with a consistent smile. We're looking for candidates with sales experience because bringing in PT revenue is a main responsibility for AGMs!
Must have a relentless hunger for growth and are fearless in the pursuit of opportunity! Confidence in your ability to become the best at anything that you put your mind to is KEY… understanding it’s not IF but WHEN.
This position has a heavy weight toward Personal Training sales, as you will spend much of your time meeting with potential clients who are already members and helping them find a Personal Training Program that fits them. The secondary focus for and Assistant General Manager is to support the General Manager in the roles and responsibilities of team management and club management.
