- Managing teams within the marketing firm
- Delegating tasks and tracking sales goals
- Planning meetings, events, and trade shows
- Public speaking at events
- Perform Customer service, customer acquisition, and retention
- Collecting, organizing, and analyzing sales data
- Advising on marketing and management strategies
- Territory and inventory management
- Previous Customer Service or sales is a plus
- Marketing experience and management experience are a plus
- Critical thinking skills
- Low maintenance and collaborative skills
- Willingness to work alone and with a team
- Incredible communication skills
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree
