Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (25-26 School Year)

We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the 2025-2026 school year. The BCBA will serve the students in person. Job Details:

• Position is for the 2025-2026, beginning in August with the school year
• In-person candidates only
• The team would have a support team that would come in weekly to assist with assessments and writing FBAs and BIPs. Team would also run coaching sessions with teacher to help support you!
• Must have IL BCBA license
• Provide functional behavior intervention plan for student’s district individual education plan.
• Provide the district with safety plan for aggressive or self-injurious behaviors
• Provide teacher with data collection systems for all behavior goals
• Collaborate with Special Services Directors and school teams to create academic targets/goals.
• Communicate weekly and update with progress reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
