Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Come work with a local, women, and therapist founded company! Ampersand Therapy is seeking to elevate the employment experience of working in schools. We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the 2024-2025 school year. The BCBA will serve the students in-person in the school setting for a great local district.

Job Details:

• Position is for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year, for Spring Semester
• In-person, Full-time
• Must have a National BCBA Certification
• NCBALB license preferred
• Provide functional behavior intervention plan for student’s district individual education plan.
• Provide the district with safety plan for aggressive or self-injurious behaviors
• Provide teacher with data collection systems for all behavior goals
• Collaborate with Special Services Directors and school teams to create academic targets/goals.
• Communicate weekly and update with progress reports
• No supervision of behavior techs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56.00 - $70.00 per hour
