Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Come work with a local, women, and therapist founded company! Ampersand Therapy is seeking to elevate the employment experience of working in schools. We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the 2024-2025 school year. The BCBA will serve the students in person. Job Details :

• Position is for the 2024-2025, beginning ASAP with the school year
• In-person candidates only
• part-time : 3 days a week-the district will build the schedule with what you want!
• Must have IL BCBA license
• Provide functional behavior intervention plan for student’s district individual education plan.
• Provide the district with safety plan for aggressive or self-injurious behaviors
• Provide teacher with data collection systems for all behavior goals
• Collaborate with Special Services Directors and school teams to create academic targets / goals.
• Communicate weekly and update with progress reports
