School Social Worker

Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is looking for a School Social Worker in the Fridley, MN area.

Job Details:

• Full-time, in-person
• Immediate opening - ASAP until the end of the school year
• Support a high school caseload
• Performs professional work within district multi-tiered system of support through obtaining and analyzing data to determine social-emotional needs of students
• Assists families in accessing and utilizing school and community resources.
• Participates in special education assessment meetings as well as Individual Education Program (IEP) meetings as appropriate

Requirements:

• Hold a baccalaureate degree from a college or university that is accredited
• Minnesota Department of Education School Social Worker License

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
