About The Role
This is a 6-9 month contract-to-hire position in Florida with opportunity for full-time conversion. You'll work at the intersection of data engineering, AI-driven automation, and business analysis, collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that transform lead management, process automation, and conversational data insights.

About The Role

We are seeking a proactive Salesforce Administrator with a strong foundation in data and analytics. In this role, you will manage and optimize our client's Salesforce platform to support business processes and enhance data-driven decision-making. Your expertise will ensure the integrity of the CRM system and the effective utilization of data across the organization.
How You'll Contribute:
- Salesforce Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings. Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts to meet business requirements.
- Data Management, Reporting & Analytics: Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits, develop and maintain custom reports to provide actionable insights for various departments.
- User Support & Training: Provide support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to promote best practices and system adoption.
- Process Improvement: Work as part of a consulting team to collaborate with stakeholders and identify opportunities for process optimization and implement scalable solutions within Salesforce.
- Integration Support: Assist in integrating Salesforce with other business systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Experience: 2-4 years as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.yardstick.team
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security settings, and creating custom objects and workflows. Strong analytical skills with experience in data management and reporting.
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator certification is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
