THIS JOB Requires WORK Onsite IN A Physical Office
This is a level 1 on-site support technician. Applicant must be willing to work 5 days a week in the office. Duties include basic software (primarily Microsoft products) and hardware troubleshooting over the phone and within the corporate office. Opportunities include moving into a lead role in POS management or systems management based on applicant's capabilities.
Responsibilities
· Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to employees' issues both in the office and field workers
· Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
· Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
· Build and configure systems for employees' use within the corporate office and for field workers
· Maintenance and repair of servers and network equipment in the office
· Maintain vendor relationships for technology contacts in the office (Internet, telephone)
· Assist in planning and testing of changes to systems within our retail units
· Manage and report on large scale deployments performed by third parties
· Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, systems and technology
Skills
· Proven working experience in providing help desk support
· Proficiency in English, Spanish is a plus
· Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control
· Strong client-facing and communication skills
· Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
· Customer service orientation

Monday to Friday and occasional weekends as necessary for system maintenance and upgrades
