To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Delivers and picks-up pharmaceuticals, durable medical equipment, to nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, etc.
- Will be required to work early am or late pm shifts
- Recognize and implement infection control practices that reduce the risk of infections in patients and organizational staff
- Bags and tags dirty equipment prior to transport
- Places stock on shelves or racks and truck
- Issues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery
- Assists facilities with questions and or concerns about deliveries
- Cleans inside of truck
- Follows all traffic laws
- Other duties as assigned
- Participates in on-going education, including in-services, and other activities, to maintain and improve individual competence

Required Work Experience:
- Previous delivery experience preferred
Licensing/Certification/Education Requirements:
- High School diploma required
- Current TN State Driver’s License
- Current Automobile Insurance
Other Requirements:
- Position may require unscheduled overtime, week-end work
- Must be willing and able to work flexible hours
- Travel required
Required Computer Software/Equipment Used:
- Standard Office Equipment
Physical Requirements:
- Job will require frequent lifting of objects up to 40 pounds
- Subject to standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing and pulling
