Duties / Responsibilities :
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs, robotic systems, and other automated machinery.
- Optimize machine operations through the implementation of sensors, actuators, and controllers.
- Troubleshoot and debug electrical issues in automation equipment including PLCs, servo motors, CCD vision systems, sensors, and other related components.
- Perform precise adjustments on machines to meet production specifications and improve efficiency.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on all electrical aspects of automation machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct continuous improvement activities, applying lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions that improve productivity and quality
- Document all procedures and modifications in maintenance logs and system records.
- Maintain electrical systems that integrate with existing manufacturing processes.
- Ensure all electrical installations and modifications meet industry standards and safety regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production staff on new and existing equipment.
- Prepare technical documentation, including system designs, maintenance manuals, and project reports.
