Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities to streamline processes using data-driven approaches.
- Assist in the development and deployment of tools or scripts that improve efficiency and accuracy in daily operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, clean, and manage data relevant to business operations.
- Support the update and maintenance of ERP and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and usability.
- Contribute insights and recommendations for improving data quality, integration, and usability across platforms.
- Document technical processes, tool usage, and data handling best practices for team knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data management principles and familiarity with data cleaning and transformation.
- Experience with tools for process automation and reporting (e.g., Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot) is a plus.
