Position: Human Resources Generalist
Location: Nashua, NH
Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. Our global headquarters are located in Nashua, NH and we have design, sales, and manufacturing locations globally.
Responsibilities:
- Professionally represent the company with a strong customer focus and entrepreneurial mindset
- Support business units through all aspects of Human Resources, including but not limited to Employee Relations, Immigration, Safety, Compensation, Communications, Training
- Demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving capabilities with strong organization, sound decision-making and consistent application of policies
- Represent both the company and the employee in work-related matters
- Assist with Human Resource projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Human Resources experience preferred
- Bachelors degree is preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information, multi-task and show a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new computer applications
- Microsoft Dynamics AX or DayForce experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to professionally communicate with all levels of the organization
