We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to support our Corporate functions organization. The HR Manager will play a critical role in fostering a positive work environment and driving HR initiatives. This individual will be responsible for partnering with Corporate leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership : Collaborate with Corporate leaders to understand business needs and develop HR strategies that support organizational goals.
- Talent Management : Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent within Corporate functions. Develop and implement talent management strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Employee Relations : Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees to maintain a positive work environment.
- Performance Management : Implement and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Support managers in addressing performance issues and fostering employee development.
- Compensation and Benefits : Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company policies. Conduct benchmarking and analysis to support compensation decisions.
- HR Compliance : Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- Training and Development : Design and deliver training programs to support employee development and organizational growth. Identify training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
- HR Metrics and Reporting : Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators. Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- HR Projects and Initiatives : Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and enhance the employee experience.
