What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Sales Representative position at Amphenol TPC Wire & Cable?
The Field Sales Representative is responsible for meeting and exceeding overall sales objectives while ensuring a high level of customer service when promoting TPC products and strategic initiatives. This position regularly visits customers and provides demonstrations in-person and will cover the St. Louis / Kansas City / Memphis areas. It will require 6-10 overnights per month.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works with direct manager on opportunities to drive growth and support key business strategies
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of TPC products within an industrial environment directly to end user customers
- Develop a territory plan to maximize face time with customers and drive new sales within an assigned territory
- Expand market share in existing and new strategic and high potential accounts
- Forecast future revenue, business development opportunities and market trends within assigned territory
- Other duties as assigned
