Job Description Summary
- Responsible for the Business and People associated with the NA AIO Business including Endicott NY, Mesa AZ and Nogales MX locations as well as Nogales AZ warehouse and Test Lab in Michigan
- Accountability for the full P&L of the NA Business
- Revenue, Operating Income, Headcount, Inventory and Forecast requirements
- Day to Day employee management for NA business
- Operations performance and continuous improvement
- Direct responsibility for all functions with local Finance reporting directly and to the AIOC Business Controller
- PM/ENG have local reporting responsibility to the BU Director with coordination, strategy, and global management from GM and BU Director so we have Local and Global alignment
- Critical execution of local tactics and strategies while collaborating with our regional PM's and Technical teams
- Close working relationships with our international teams and locations as well as other BU collaborations
- Strategic business acumen and planning ability
- Demonstrated experience in the following business skills: strategic planning, emphasizing excellence, managing processes, organizational development, market knowledge, financial planning, leadership and client relationships.

- In the role as Business Unit Manager has direct responsibility for Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales/Marketing, Finance, HR, and overall business management in the region.
- Will be responsible for developing and monitoring performance against fiscal plans for P&L growth and asset return
- Must develop and execute site strategies and plans that match the Business Plan and objectives of AIO customers, thereby delivering sustained growth and profitability. This encompasses developing world-class manufacturing operations and ongoing innovative product developments that will drive continued success.
- Ensure that profit, sales and cash meet and exceed company targets and measure these to ensure development.
- Review and follow action plan and hold Sales and Marketing accountable to deliver to Budget, Actions, NPI, etc.
- Must develop highly qualified, motivated and goal-oriented employees, bringing them together as a powerful team that achieves immediate and long-term business objectives. Provide leadership to inspire the organization to meet customer needs and maintain commitment and integrity to company values.
