- Expertise in quality management tools and methodologies, including root cause analysis, CAPA, Pareto analysis, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and statistical process control (SPC).

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate quality objectives and metrics to senior management and other stakeholders.

- Education:

- Experience:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in quality management, or manufacturing processes administration; with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing or similar regulated industry.
- Proven experience in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO, Six Sigma, GMP, or other relevant certifications.
- Strong experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
- Quality Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead the quality team in the establishment and execution of quality management processes across the company.
- Act as a champion for quality, ensuring that it is integrated into the organization's culture, business processes, and day-to-day activities.
- Quality Management Systems (QMS):
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of a quality management system (QMS) that meets industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, Six Sigma).
- Ensure that the QMS remains effective and compliant with all applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies. Regularly review and update quality policies and procedures to reflect changes in industry regulations and best practices
- Continuous Improvement:
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues and minimize future risks.
- Foster a culture of ongoing improvement by promoting employee involvement in quality-related initiatives.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, certifications, and industry guidelines (e.g., ISO, CE marking, ATEX Directives, etc.).
- Develop and implement risk management processes to proactively identify and mitigate potential quality risks across products and services.
- Prepare and manage audits, inspections, and certifications to ensure the organization meets quality standards.
- Team Development & Collaboration:
- Build, develop, and manage a high-performing quality team, providing leadership, mentorship, and training to ensure the team’s success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to address quality concerns and enhance product quality.
- Ensure that quality metrics are aligned with business goals and are communicated clearly to senior leadership and operational teams.
- Reporting & Metrics:
- Establish key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor metrics such as defect rates, customer satisfaction, product returns, and compliance scores.
- Regularly report on quality performance, trends, and improvement initiatives to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure thorough documentation and tracking of quality-related data for analysis and compliance.
- Supplier Quality Management:
- Manage the supplier quality management program to ensure the supply chain delivers high-quality raw materials and components.
- Work closely with suppliers to improve product quality and resolve quality-related issues as they arise.
- Office on-site manufacturing facility.
- Domestic and international travel to engage with customers and audit suppliers.
