Your Role
As a Nurse Practitioner with Amphibious Medics, you’ll:
- Conduct patient assessments and provide first-class treatment for workplace injuries and health concerns.
- Collaborate with safety managers, employees, and site teams to promote wellness and injury prevention.
- Manage health cases to ensure quick recoveries and prevent recordable incidents.
- Provide tailored health education and promote exercise/stretching routines.
- Be a hero on-site, offering care that ensures safety and compliance with OSHA guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with workers who rely on your expertise and compassion.
- Conduct daily site assessment working alongside the safety team.

Site Assessment: We strive to support our clients in the field, not in the office! You will spend 65% of your day actively engaging with the workers.

Physical Requirements: Ability to walk a job site including climbing stairs while carrying a backpack up to 35 pounds in all weather conditions.

What You’ll Bring to the Table
- Licensure & Certification: Current Nurse Practitioner license and certification in the state of employment.
