Amphibious Medics is looking to build the company's candidate sourcing department in support of its service divisions. This position has the option to work remote or report to an office if located in the Orlando, FL or Long Beach, CA area. Individuals applying for this position should be interested in building relationships with our candidates in the EMS community, primarily over the phone.

We moved into the construction first aid industry after numerous requests from non-entertainment entities. Essential Job Duties
- Reaching out to our current network of EMS professionals by maintaining a minimum of 60 phone calls per day
- Utilize social media, job boards, internet sourcing and other means to source passive and active candidates for open and projected projects
- Building relationships with candidates to build a referral network
- Consistently work and record all actions in our recruiting database/ applicant tracking system
- Input and manage data and documentation
Education/Certification
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
- Experience in a high call volume environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working out of a database
- Ability to multi task while maintaining a high level of organization
