- Mix traditional and creative cocktails
- Process payment from customers
- Clean glasses and bar utensils
- Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
- Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits
- Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
- Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
- Clean and Maintain bar for next shift
Summary
As a Bartender and Server, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. Reporting to the Bar Manager, you will utilize your core skills in bartending, serving, and food safety to craft beverages, serve food, and ensure compliance with health standards. Your premium skills in Aloha and Micros POS systems, along with your fine dining experience, will enhance guest interactions and drive sales. With your relevant skills in banquet service and cash handling, you will contribute significantly to our restaurant's success in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Proficient in POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
- Strong customer service and bartending skills
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Experience in fine dining and banquet service
- Excellent time management and sales abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
