- 130,000 - $160,000 (based on experience, education, and licensure)
- Profit-Sharing Bonuses :
- Semi-annual bonuses ranging from 3.5% to 11.5% of your annual salary

- Who You Are :
- Education :
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
- Experience :
- 7 years of engineering / design / drafting experience in a utility or engineering firm, ideally with SDG&E projects
- Licensure :
- PE License required, Civil or Electrical specialty preferred
- Technical Skills :
- Proficiency with PLS-CADD and strong knowledge of Power Engineering principles, equipment, and industry standards
- Leadership Potential :
- Ability to manage tasks across multiple projects and mentor others, with strong initiative and problem-solving skills
