About the Division :
Our Transmission & Distribution (T&D) division leads large-scale projects across the energy sector. We design and manage extensive transmission lines for major energy providers, utilizing the latest design software to deliver cutting-edge solutions. If you're passionate about advancing power grid infrastructure, you'll fit right in!
What You'll Do :
As a Civil Engineer, you'll work on dynamic, large-scale power grid projects for top energy clients across the country. You'll collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to bring technology to the forefront of the power industry-all while upholding the reliability and safety of the electrical grid.
What We Offer :

- Salary Range : $78,000 - $160,000 (based on experience, education, and licensure)
- Profit-Sharing Bonuses : Semi-annual bonuses ranging from 3.5% to 11.5% of your annual salary

- 401(k) Match : Immediate vesting with 4% company match
