What You’ll Do:

  • ISO Expertise: Stay up to date on ISO 9001 and 27001 requirements, perform internal audits, and assist with external audits to ensure compliance. (Bonus points if you’re a certified Internal Auditor!)
  • Process Mapping & Documentation: Use Elements (our process mapping tool) to lead and facilitate mapping sessions, update existing maps, and ensure all process documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Quality Management System (QMS): Apply ISO standards to our internal processes, supporting continuous improvement and helping track lessons learned.
  • Internal Audits: Schedule, perform, and document internal and surveillance audits, ensuring we’re always audit-ready.
  • Document & Access Management: Manage document sharing, user access, and version updates across SharePoint, OneDrive, and MS Teams, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Team Support & Onboarding: Help new team members hit the ground running with introductions to our tools and processes. Act as a go-to resource for O365 tools and troubleshooting support.
  • Power BI Collaboration: Work with our BI Specialist to keep dashboards fresh and data-driven decisions flowing.

About You:

  • You’re a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • You love digging into processes, solving problems, and keeping things organized.
  • You have a knack for translating technical details into clear, actionable steps.
  • Experience with ISO standards (especially 9001 and 27001) is a huge plus!
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Elements, Power BI, and SharePoint.
