About the Division:

Our Transmission & Distribution (T&D) division leads large-scale projects across the energy sector. We design and manage extensive transmission lines for major energy providers, utilizing the latest design software to deliver cutting-edge solutions. If you're passionate about advancing power grid infrastructure, you’ll fit right in!

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you’ll take the lead on complex, large-scale power grid projects for top energy clients across the country. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you’ll develop innovative solutions while ensuring the safety and reliability of critical infrastructure.

In this role, you’ll:

• Collaborate with our Transmission & Distribution (T&D) division on major power grid projects.
• Use the latest design software to deliver high-quality results.
• Lead and mentor a growing team of engineers and designers.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timelines and standards are met.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone with a mix of experience, technical skills, and leadership potential. Ideal candidates will have:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• Preferred Licensure: PE License (Civil or Electrical specialty preferred).
• Technical Skills: PLS-CADD proficiency and a strong understanding of Power Engineering principles.
• Experience: Background in engineering, design, or drafting within a utility or engineering firm. Familiarity with SDG&E projects is a plus!
• Leadership Potential: Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage tasks across multiple projects while mentoring junior staff.
