Your Role: Project Scheduler – Team Lead
As a Scheduling Team Lead, you won’t just build project schedules—you’ll guide and mentor a growing team, drive collaboration across departments, and ensure our scheduling function is a strategic asset across Ampirical projects. You’ll serve as a subject matter expert in scheduling processes, contribute to proposals, and lead efforts to continuously improve project efficiency and delivery.

💰 Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000, based on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Lead

Manage and mentor a small team of schedulers, providing training and guidance on scheduling best practices

Oversee the development and maintenance of integrated, resource-loaded project schedules using Primavera P6

Facilitate scheduling meetings and proactively align project timelines with internal and external stakeholders

Review and analyze schedules to identify risks, monitor critical paths, and drive corrective actions as needed

Support proposal efforts and system process improvements

Capture and share lessons learned to continually enhance scheduling efficiency and team performance
Who You Are
🧠 Experienced: 8 years of planning/scheduling experience, ideally in EPC environments
🎓 Educated: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
💻 Tech-Savvy: Strong in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel; certifications like PMI-SP or Primavera preferred
⚡ Industry-Aware: Utility or power sector experience strongly preferred
🗣️ Communicative: Able to collaborate across teams, vendors, and clients with clarity and confidence
👥 Leadership-Ready: Comfortable leading others, setting the tone for high standards and accountability
