We’re hiring an Entry-Level Billing Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in managing the billing and invoicing process, ensuring accuracy, and providing support to other departments. - Assist in generating and reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain billing records and ensure timely submission of invoices to clients.

- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive customer and financial data.
- Help in resolving billing discrepancies or issues under guidance.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
