- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; take messages when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering when necessary.
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate department or team members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and professionalism at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
