Key Responsibilities:
Client Support: Serve as a main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients by offering excellent service and consistently exceeding expectations.
Campaign Management Support: Assist in the execution and monitoring of client campaigns, ensuring all objectives and deadlines are met.
Reporting & Tracking: Collect and organize data on client interactions, feedback, and campaign performance. Provide insights to improve client satisfaction.
Communication: Keep clients informed on campaign progress, project status, and any updates or changes. Be proactive in reaching out to ensure clients are always in the loop.
Client Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience as they begin working with our team.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and customer service to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to improve service quality and help drive future improvements.
