Entry Level Communications Coordinator

Amplified Connections Inc. is seeking a motivated and creative Entry Level Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and reviewing promotional materials, managing company events, researching consumer expansion strategies, and serving as a vital link between our brand and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promotional Materials Development: Design and review marketing and promotional materials to ensure alignment with company branding and messaging
• Event Coordination: Organize and oversee company events to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement
• Consumer Research: Analyze and identify opportunities to expand our customer base and improve outreach efforts
• Liaison Role: Serve as a primary contact between the company and customers to foster strong relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Team Leadership: Delegate assignments to marketing specialists and provide feedback on completed work
• Recruitment Support: Assist in hiring and onboarding new marketing team members to support department growth
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all promotional efforts align with the company’s mission, values, and visual identity
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve challenges related to promotional content and distribution strategies
