This is an essential role in our Promotional Events team, and you will be reporting directly to management. Key Responsibilities : Assist with Event Strategy : Work alongside the Promotions Team to develop and implement customized marketing strategies for each event. Event Coordination : Oversee event setup, visual merchandising, inventory control, and ensure smooth logistics during events. Sales Tracking : Monitor and track event sales to measure progress and success of marketing initiatives. Logistics Management : Coordinate event timelines, schedules, and all logistical aspects to ensure seamless execution. Lead by Example : Be an active member of the event staff, mentoring interns, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved. Qualifications : Strong interest in sales , marketing , retail , or customer service . Positive, enthusiastic attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the marketing industry.
