Position Overview:

As an Entry-Level Manager / Assistant Manager, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of marketing, team leadership, and client relations. You will work closely with senior managers to develop and implement promotional campaigns, manage daily operations, and lead a team to drive success. Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Assist in managing and motivating a team to reach goals and drive brand success
• Campaign Development & Execution: Work alongside the management team to develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns for clients
• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and communication at all times
• Training & Development: Guide and mentor entry-level staff, helping them develop their skills and succeed in their roles
• Customer Engagement: Lead by example in customer and client interactions, ensuring every exchange reflects the client’s brand values
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure campaigns and events are executed efficiently
• Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance, offer feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance results
• Event Coordination: Assist with planning, setup, and on-site support for events to ensure flawless execution
• Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues, collaborate with the team to find solutions, and improve overall performance

• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
