Position Overview:
As an Event Assistant & Brand Ambassador at Amplified Connections, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of events, while representing and promoting our clients' brands. Your responsibilities will include assisting with event logistics, engaging with attendees, and ensuring that brand messaging is communicated effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the client’s values, message, and products to event attendees with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Engaging with Attendees: Interact with event participants, answer questions, and ensure they have a positive and memorable experience.
Promotional Activities: Distribute promotional materials, products, and giveaways to increase brand visibility and encourage participation.
Event Marketing Support: Assist with pre-event preparation, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up to drive brand awareness.
Collecting Feedback: Gather attendee feedback to assess event success and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with other event staff and brand teams to ensure a seamless event experience and achieve brand goals.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus).
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Outgoing and energetic personality with a passion for customer engagement and brand promotion.
