Key Responsibilities:
Assist with various tasks within your team, and occasionally work independently to meet team and organizational goals.
Serve as an internal liaison between customers and charity clients, ensuring seamless communication.
Help achieve fundraising targets and contribute to community outreach initiatives.
Attend team meetings and workshops to stay informed about strategies, performance, and upcoming events.
Continuously strive to improve cost-effectiveness and customer service quality.
Engage directly with customers, ensuring their needs and requests are handled efficiently.
Produce detailed and accurate reports on donations and event progress.
Report weekly (or more frequently) to the Operations Director on project status and achievements.
Develop and enhance exceptional customer service skills that align with the company’s high standards.
