Job Summary:
As an Entry-Level Management Trainee at Amplified Connections, you will be trained in key management and leadership skills while assisting in organizing and executing community-based events. This hands-on, dynamic, and fast-paced role will allow you to grow professionally by supporting day-to-day operations, training new team members, and helping manage client relationships. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team to educate the public about nonprofit missions, engage potential donors, and support fundraising initiatives. We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about leadership, customer service, and making a tangible impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership Training: Learn key management and leadership skills by supporting senior leaders in the daily operations of events.
• Event Coordination: Help ensure smooth execution of events, from logistics to attendee engagement, ensuring all aspects run according to plan.
• Team Collaboration: Assist in managing teams, motivating staff, and working together to reach event goals and objectives.
• Customer Engagement: Interact directly with event attendees, addressing questions and providing useful information about nonprofit causes.
• Fundraising Support: Contribute to meeting fundraising targets to support charitable causes and nonprofit initiatives.
• Promote Participation: Encourage public participation in events and related activities, driving greater community engagement.
• Collect and Report Feedback: Gather attendee feedback to improve event strategies and donor engagement.
• Track Performance: Help manage data tracking for donations and other key performance metrics.
• Team Development: Assist in training new team members and fostering a supportive, high-performing work environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong passion for leadership and customer service.
• Personality: Outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic with a drive to help others and make an impact.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or event coordination is helpful but not required.
• Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure efficient event execution.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to track donations, manage event logistics, and ensure accuracy in data handling.
• Commitment: A passion for supporting nonprofits, social causes, and contributing to community-driven initiatives.
• Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as this is a traveling role.

Salary : $35,000 - $60,000
