We’re looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Bellport, NY office. In this role, you’ll be working directly with business owners seeking working capital solutions. Your day will be spent engaging warm prospects, qualifying potential borrowers, and facilitating MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) funding deals.
This is a high-earning, high-urgency opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is passionate about helping entrepreneurs succeed.
- Engage with small/medium sized business owners by phone, text, and email
- Qualify leads and pre-screen prospects for working capital solutions
- Present customized funding options to clients and walk them through the application process
- Manage a high volume of daily outreach on the dialer while staying organized and consistent with follow-ups
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and strategic referral partners
- Collaborate with internal underwriting and processing teams to ensure smooth deal flow and funding
- Follow up on submitted deals and track progress in CRM
Required:
- A proven track record in sales (1–3 years)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Competitive, go-getter mindset with the ability to self-motivate
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to handle objections and close deals quickly
- Comfortable working on a dialer in a high-volume call environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Preferred:
- 1 years of inside sales experience
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred, other languages welcome)
- Experience using CRM platforms
