Amplified Marketing is a boutique, award winning experiential agency that builds brand experiences through lifestyle, entertainment, fashion, beauty, sports and hospitality programs. We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Experiential to join the growing team.
He / she / they must have technical fabrication and vendor management experience as well as strong project and time management skills to ensure that events / programs are executed to agency standard, budget and comply with state and national regulations. The role will work cross functionally across 2 – 3 clients at Amplified, including our alcohol beverage and lifestyle clients.

EVENT PRODUCTION & EXECUTION | Deliver Seamless & High-Quality Experiences (50%)
- Oversee the design, production, and execution of multiple events simultaneously, ensuring alignment with agency standards
- Manage project logistics, including staffing, vendor coordination, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
- Lead on-site activations, overseeing load-in, event execution, and strike while ensuring all production elements meet creative and functional objectives
- Own decision-making and problem-solving during both the planning process and onsite execution
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE & DOCUMENTATION | Ensure Precision & Compliance (30%)
- Provide technical oversight on event builds, including reviewing shop drawings and advising on materials and functionality
- Develop and maintain detailed event activation documents, including production schedules, safety plans, and execution manuals
- Ensure all events comply with state and national safety regulations, securing necessary permits when applicable
- Work closely with the creative and experiential teams to ensure production feasibility while maintaining creative integrity
TEAM LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT | Build & Grow a High-Performing Team (20%)
- Manage 1-2 direct reports per client, providing mentorship and career development support
- Train junior team members on production best practices, problem-solving, and on-site event execution
- Facilitate collaboration across Client Services, Experiential, and Creative divisions to ensure a unified production approach
- Foster a positive, solution-oriented team culture prioritizing efficiency, creativity, and attention to detail
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required, plus 5 years of experience in production of live events, mobile tours and / or fabrication of custom event elements
- Familiarity with alcohol beverage concepts, practices and procedures
- Required to employ an alternative work schedule, including weekends and evenings if needed during event activations
- Skilled in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Up to 40% travel required for onsite event management. Subject to change based off of new business and event schedule.
The Amplified team is a hybrid in-office / remote team and requires team members are in-office 3-days per week.
Compensation package includes competitive base, annual bonus eligibility, healthcare contribution and cell phone stipend. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience with a base salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 / year.
