As we expand our presence in the legal cannabis market, we are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Cannabis Sales Representative to join our team and drive our B2B sales growth with retail clubs and dispensaries across California.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within California’s legal cannabis market, targeting retail clubs, dispensaries, and other key channel partners.
- Relationship Management:
Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness.
- Product Expertise:
Serve as a product expert by effectively communicating the quality, benefits, and unique features of our cannabis offerings. Provide product education and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Market Analysis:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Use insights to refine sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Sales Reporting & CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress using our CRM system. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
- Brand Representation:

Qualifications
- Industry Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in sales, preferably within the cannabis industry or a closely related field.
- Proven Sales Record:

- Regulatory Knowledge:
Strong understanding of California’s cannabis laws and regulatory framework.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an engaging and clear manner.
- Relationship-Building:
Ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Self-Motivation & Drive:
Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for the cannabis industry and a proactive approach to sales.
- Educational Background:
High school diploma or equivalent.
