Amplifon (USA), Inc. seeks a Director, Digital Marketing and AHHC BRM in Minneapolis, MN, or remote in U.S. The Director, Digital Marketing and AHHC BRM is responsible for the Digital and CRM Applications within the IT portfolio of Amplifon for all business units including Canada and Latin America region. The role understands and contributes to the business strategy and translates it to an aligned IT strategy and portfolio of programs, projects, and applications. The position will prioritize initiatives, develop, and maintain project/application roadmaps to align with business opportunities, process improvements, and cost efficiencies. May supervise 6 individuals with titles such as Sr IT Program Manager, Sr Business Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, and Operations Specialist. 10% national and international travel to corporate headquarters and for client and vendor visits.
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Experience Requirement: 7 years of experience in a related occupation.
Special Requirements: 7 years of experience with software development and implementation; Demonstrated ability with setting IT and business strategy and business IT alignment; Demonstrated ability with the complete software life cycle including privacy and security aspects; Demonstrated ability with creating innovative solutions to drive business enhancements both for internal business users and external customers; Demonstrated ability with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; and 10% national and international travel to corporate headquarters and for client and vendor visits.
