We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manufacturing systems Architect to join our dynamic team. As an IT Manufacturing systems Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our organization's manufacturing IT strategy to align with our business objectives. You will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that optimize our IT Manufacturing infrastructure, applications, and processes to support scalability, security, and efficiency across the enterprise.
What You will Spark at Amplify:
- The responsibilities include defining, designing, developing, implementing & managing IT Architecture & solutions across the manufacturing plant includes manufacturing systems (IT-OT), supporting IT Infrastructure & Security, shopfloor connectivity (with AGV’s, etc.) and enterprise system integration (for e.g. ERP, etc.).
- This role will need to closely align with IT Enterprise Architect and ensure manufacturing IT architecture & solutions are aligned with the overall Organization IT strategy, vision and Enterprise architecture.
- High focus is required to ensure & enable digital manufacturing & automation: IIoT, Industry 4.0, AI/ML architecture and solutions
- Envision, Communicate and evolve Manufacturing IT architecture to ensure IT strategy is aligned to Business goals & priorities.
- Work closely with senior executives, SMEs / business to understand business / architectural requirements.
- Coordinate and anchor various Manufacturing IT initiatives spanning across various technology domains for defining the Manufacturing IT Architecture, maintenance and conformance management of the IT manufacturing Architecture
- Provide architectural leadership in resolution of inter-program and inter-project issues
- Work with vendors to expedite various IT Manufacturing initiatives
- Lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of comprehensive solutions across multiple domains.
- Ensure that all solutions are scalable, secure, and comply with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the development team, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in technologies and methodologies, incorporating them into our solutions where appropriate.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of the architecture and systems designed to create an overview of the current and future state of the organization’s IT Manufacturing systems & solutions
- Preparing future technology needs by studying industry and technology trends to find areas for improvement and new technology that may benefit the organization.
- Drive and lead proof of concepts to evaluate technology stack
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the IT organization.
- Evaluate existing systems and technologies to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
