We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Procurement & Logistics Analyst to join our team. The Sr Procurement & Logistics Analyst will play a pivotal role in sourcing essential materials and components, ensuring the seamless execution of our groundbreaking project while contributing to the realization of our commitment to quality, innovation, and electrifying the future of mobility. Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting Purchasing & Logistics Department (sourcing, procurement, logistics, and material planning functions).
• Work cross-functionally to understand needs across the business, identifying and evaluating potential partners and suppliers, drafting and issuing RFQs, identifying and executing on cost reduction opportunities, and management of third-party relationships.
• Identify reliable sources, request bids, evaluate quotes, summarize supplier selections, and coordinate contracts as required to purchase materials and services.
• Support outsourcing and purchasing activities, quoting, scope of work, and requisitions related to product development while ensuring suppliers' on-time delivery.
• Engage and collaborate with internal departments to ensure contract agreement compliance pertaining to legal implications/terms and conditions required to protect the company.
• Manage business transactions in ERP including requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, and invoice processing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Engineering, Production, and Quality Assurance teams to understand requirements, timelines and align procurement strategies accordingly.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal & external stakeholders.
• Solve problems by analyzing possible solutions using technical experience and judgement with a minimum level of guidance and direction.
