- Assist in tracking and updating project schedules using tools like Smartsheet, MS Project, and Jira
- Support the creation of weekly status reports and dashboards
- Assist in managing the PMO documentation repository (templates, SOPs, charters, RAIDD logs)
- Coordinate meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Participate in vendor onboarding/offboarding and maintain vendor tracking logs
- Assist in maintaining the IT project portfolio and resource allocation reports
- Support internal process audits, policy updates, and IT governance workflows
- Conduct research and benchmarking on PMO best practices and tools
- Assist in preparing presentations for leadership and steering committees
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate studies pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field at an accredited institution
- Must be a Junior, Senior or Graduate Student with a 3.0 GPA or higher
- Demonstrated interest through relevant coursework, projects, or extracurricular activities
- Excellent interpersonal communication, time management and problem solving skills
