Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to diagnose conditions related to acute pain management and musculoskeletal issues.
- Administer chiropractic adjustments and manipulations to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness strategies, and lifestyle modifications to enhance overall health.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care, including referrals when necessary.
- Stay updated on advancements in chiropractic techniques and occupational health practices.
Experience
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution is required.
- Proven experience in patient care, particularly in acute pain management and physical examinations.
- Strong skills in patient observation, assessment, and pain management techniques.
- Knowledge of primary care practices is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients effectively.
