Amplify Insights is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve as a key support contact for our customers. In this role, you'll engage with customers to ensure they have a positive experience, answer their questions, and resolve any issues they may have. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Provide initial guidance to new and potential customers to help them understand our offerings
- Address customer inquiries and concerns to ensure a high level of satisfaction with our services
- Conduct follow-up calls or emails to verify customer satisfaction with recent purchases
- Introduce customers to additional services that could meet their needs
- Identify the fastest and most effective solutions for customer questions
- Escalate complex issues as needed to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve common issues related to services
- Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives and departments to develop solutions for complex problems
