Job Overview

The Junior AV Technician will assist in the installation and maintenance of AV and smart home systems under the guidance of senior staff. This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn and grow in the field of AV technology.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in installing AV systems, including TVs, speakers, network devices, and control systems
  • Perform basic cable termination and testing
  • Support troubleshooting and repair efforts under supervision
  • Help maintain equipment and tools for job readiness
  • Provide excellent customer service during and after installations

    • Qualifications

  • Highschool diploma or general education degree (GED); technician certification is a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in AV installation or related fields
  • Basic understanding of AV equipment and systems
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
  • A valid Driver’s License and a vehicle for travel to and from job sites

    • Physical Demands

  • Physical requirements include standing, sitting, walking, bending, climbing, reaching, and lifting up to 80 lbs
