The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with industry professionals, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in outside sales, a strong understanding of the luxury home market, and the ability to consult with clients on technology solutions.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, and high-end clientele.
- Identify new sales opportunities and create strategic partnerships to grow the business.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategy.
- Attend networking events, industry trade shows, and conduct Lunch & Learns to expand market presence.
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in technology, luxury goods, or a related field.
- Experience selling to high-end residential markets and working with builders, architects, or interior designers is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of business development and meeting/exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to consult and educate clients on technology solutions.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Must be located within a reasonable commuting distance to the New Jersey/New York metro area.
- Base Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 (Based on Experience)
- Commission: 5% of gross sales (OTE $100K )
