SUMMARY
The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as managing and expanding relationships with existing clients. This role focuses on selling our ChangeCoach certification along with a broader suite of change management consulting services for advancing significant organizational change. The Account Executive will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop customized solutions that help them achieve their strategic goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within target industries, focusing on companies undergoing significant change, such as mergers, acquisitions, digital transformations and change associated with advances in Artificial Intelligence.
- Build a strong prospect pipeline of decision-makers and ensure potential customers are moving down the sales process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels, including senior executives and HR leaders.
- Present our services and solutions in a compelling manner, demonstrating how they can address specific client challenges related to change management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that project deliverables align with client expectations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors’ offerings to effectively position our services.
- Ensure that all client interactions and follow-ups are documented accurately in the CRM system, adhering to company policies for timely and precise data entry.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in professional services and/or management consulting.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and the challenges organizations face during transitions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Highly organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM software and commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
PERFORMANCE METRICS
- Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Number of new clients secured and revenue generated from new business.
- Quality and timeliness of CRM data entry.
