- Contribute to the development and execution of the overall sales strategy.
- Build and manage relationships with clients and prospects to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Sales Performance
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales productivity and efficiency.
- Analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
- Mentor and develop junior sales leaders.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, CS/MIS, or a related field preferred.
- 7 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Proven success prospecting and closing sales.
- Proven record developing and managing a Sales Process/Playbook.
- Proficient using professional CRMs and other sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Pardot.
